How Concierge Delivery Works

We begin with your Personalized Better Up Plan-- a detailed "swap-and-sustain" roadmap created during your consultation. This defines which products and refill frequencies will fit your home and lifestyle.
2. Scheduled Refills
We deliver and refill your products on a recurring schedule--monthly, bi-monthly, or as needed. Each service appointment tops off existing containers, preventing overstock and waste. Choose doorstep delivery, in-home refills, or we can create a plan that works for you.
3. Only Pay for What You Use
Unlike auto-ship programs, our Middle Tennessee refill program measures by units, weight or fluid volume. You're charged only for what you use--saving money and minimizing consumption.
